ABOUT UAB THE HACK:
In May 2024, we organized the first-ever UAB Hackathon, and as the months went by, we envisioned something even bigger, a long-term initiative with a continuous future. Our goal is to provide participants of all experience levels and from anywhere with an exciting new edition that includes both a Datathon and a Hackathon.
Throughout the event, there will be additional challenges, visits, and engaging activities, giving participants the chance to continuously improve, learn, and have fun while pushing their own limits. All of this takes place within the game-themed atmosphere of UAB THE HACK, where learning meets adventure.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Mentor
Experienced professionals and passionate individuals, typically graduates with over a year of experience, who are eager to help, guide, and inspire participants by sharing their knowledge and expertise.
Volunteer
The driving force behind UAB THE HACK. As a volunteer, you’ll help bring our events to life by assisting in preparations and supporting participants. It’s an opportunity to be at the heart of the action, immerse yourself in memorable moments, and connect with incredible people along the way!
